Grönefeld 1941 Quadrivium combines four signature complications
Grönefeld’s 1941 Quadrivium combines a 7.5-second remontoire, a one-minute flying tourbillon, central jumping seconds and a power-reserve indicator in a newly developed movement.

At a glance
- The 40.0 mm case measures 11.3 mm in height. The dial places the flying tourbillon at 6 o’clock, the remontoire governor at 9 o’clock, the power-reserve indicator at 10 o’clock and hours and minutes at 2 o’clock.
- The movement comprises 473 components and uses two concentric barrels connected in series. It provides a 50-hour power reserve, with the central seconds hand advancing in one-second jumps.
- A hacking-seconds function stops the tourbillon when it reaches the 60-second position for precise time setting.
- The frosted dial features hand-bevelled stainless steel elements, white gold hour markers and blued steel hands. Five base dial colours will be offered, with details to be announced later.
- Two limited editions of 28 pieces each are planned: the tantalum Première Edition at €280,000 and a platinum edition at €310,000, excluding taxes. Each has a matching buckle. Tantalum deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2027.
